Registration Types
- FREE PASSES FOR QUALIFYING PERSONNEL
- Only 100 Passes Available
Two free conference passes are available to every on-site energy production/storage facility in North America. Qualifying personnel must direct, manage or maintain on-site energy generation resources—including but not limited to renewable energy, CHP, microgrids and energy storage—serving power and thermal loads at institutional campuses, commercial buildings, military complexes, municipalities, critical facilities, industrial plants or utility-owned infrastructure. All requests will be reviewed before approval.

- FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
- Full Conference Registration includes admission to all conference sessions (general sessions and breakout sessions), entry to the Expo, all meal functions, and speaker presentations (available online after the conference).
- MONDAY EVENING ONLY – (April 11, 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm)
- This registration provides admittance to the Welcome Reception & Expo Grand Opening. Included is admittance to the expo hall and food & beverage.
- TUESDAY ONLY REGISTRATION – (April 12, 7:00 am – 6:30 pm)
- This registration includes admission to conference sessions (general sessions and breakout sessions), entry to the Expo and all meal functions on Tuesday. Also includes Speaker presentations (real-time access during the conference).
- WEDNESDAY ONLY REGISTRATION – (April 13, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- This registration includes admission to conference sessions (general sessions and breakout sessions), entry to the Expo and all meal functions on Wednesday. Also includes Speaker presentations (real-time access during the conference).
- GOVERNMENT - FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
- Government Registration includes admission to all conference sessions (general sessions and breakout sessions), entry to the Expo, all meal functions, and speaker presentations (real-time access during the conference).

With a helpful media support center and comprehensive event access, we make every effort to help facilitate the journalistic process. Complimentary press credentials are issued to reporters, editors and photographers in the working press, including trade journals. Cancellation Policy
Requests for a conference registration refund must be submitted in writing to service@bbiinternational.com. For cancellation requests received on or before March 28, 2016, a refund less a $100 service charge will be issued. No refunds will be issued after March 28, 2016.
